In spring of 2006 while smoking a giant blunt, Kristoph and Stoney Jonez realized they both shared a common dream. That dream was to enter the music business, and stay underground. Along with their good friends AEG, NoNo, and Mike G, they embarked on a journey of stoney proportions. They built a recording booth at Kristoph's house and began recording "The Beginning". About halfway into recording this first album, problems arose with Mike G and he was removed from the roster. The album was finished in early 2007, and over 1000 copies were produced for the initial run. The Stoney Kids are now working on their second full album, and have already released tracks from the new album. |
